Will Pacheco | Co-Founder and CEO

Will Pacheco is Co-Founder and CEO of Greenfield. He has completed more than $1.5 billion of transactions across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development. Will began his career in technology investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, subsequently invested in middle-market businesses at RLH Equity Partners, and later served as Head of Corporate Development at Mirantis, where he led acquisition strategy and execution for a global infrastructure software company. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota. At Greenfield, Will leads client strategy, acquisition sourcing, and founder engagement.

Sean Durkin | Co-Founder and CTO

Registered Representative

Sean Durkin is Co-Founder and CTO of Greenfield. He began his career as a quantitative engineer at Bridgewater Associates and later led AI and machine-learning transformations for Fortune 100 companies at Keystone Strategy. Sean also worked on advanced cybersecurity initiatives within Booz Allen Hamilton’s Dark Labs. He holds a degree from Princeton University. At Greenfield, Sean leads the development of Greenlight, the firm’s proprietary data and AI platform, and oversees the systems used for market mapping, data enrichment, target prioritization, qualification, and outreach execution.

Kyle Puff | Partner

Kyle Puff is a Partner at Greenfield with experience across private equity, investment research, and transaction diligence. Before joining Greenfield, Kyle was at Arcline Investment Management, where he evaluated industrial and technology businesses, developed investment theses, and supported diligence and transaction execution. Earlier in his career, he worked at Coleman Research, now VisasQ/Coleman, supporting leading private equity firms, hedge funds, and consulting organizations with expert-driven research. Kyle holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At Greenfield, he leads client execution, market development, and acquisition outreach.

Tierney Cronin | Partner

Tierney Cronin is a Partner at Greenfield with experience in institutional research, client development, and transaction-oriented execution. Before joining Greenfield, Tierney worked at Guidepoint, where she supported investors and corporate clients with expert research and time-sensitive diligence across a range of industries. She holds a degree from Colgate University. At Greenfield, Tierney leads acquisition sourcing mandates, manages client execution, and oversees founder outreach and opportunity qualification.
